It all starts with you providing us with a blueprint of your clothing idea. It details everything related from fabric & design construction to packaging of finished garments.
After finalisation of tech packs, we make a prototype of your clothing design which confirms mainly the fitting, stitching quality and design.
If the sample received by you is perfect, then we proceed further grading different sizes. If not, redevelopment of the sample takes place as per your amendments.
Bulk production is the final step inside our clothing factory. The lead time usually is around 30 - 45 days depending upon the design complexity of the order.
Your clothing products are exported in water-resistant sealed packaging.
We also arrange door-to-door delivery via air or sea.
Sampling
Our own factory has over 15 workers dedicated to making fitting samples and pre-production samples. We want samples to be done as quickly as you. The quicker we get our samples done, the more niche products we can make each season. The sample room team can usually process samples in familiar fabrics within one week. If the sampling fabric is a bit hard to get, it may take a bit more time. Our merchandisers will always update you on when your samples are expected to be ready.
PATTERNING AND SAMPLING
Our sample room staff is fully qualified to do patterning. If you prefer to submit your own patterns, this is of course no problem at all. The sample room has the software to read most digital files.
Because we are a full-service clothing manufacturer, sampling and bulk production is a package deal. Sampling will start after we have an agreement with the buyer on all conditions such as price and delivery date. Once we are confident we are starting a nice project together we will make as many samples as it takes to get the product right.

We are a full-service apparel manufacturer. That means we will take care of everything including the material sourcing, patterning, sampling, and bulk production.
